Privacy policy
Template text describing what this software stores. Have it reviewed against the law that applies to you before you launch.
What we store
- Your name, email address and a hashed password. Plain passwords are never stored.
- A session record for each device you log in from, holding a hash of the session token, its expiry and the browser user-agent string.
- Every task assigned to you, what you submitted, the screenshot file, the review outcome and any rejection reason.
- Your wallet balance and every ledger entry that produced it.
- For a payout request: the amount, the method and the UPI ID or account details you enter. These are kept as a record of the request.
Screenshots
- Uploaded screenshots are held in private storage and are not publicly addressable. They are served only to you and to administrators, through an endpoint that checks your session first.
- Do not include anything in a screenshot that you do not want a reviewer to see — crop out private messages, contact details and anything unrelated to the task.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
- We do not collect card details or government identifiers, and no payment provider is connected. The payout details you enter are stored as written and are visible to administrators processing your request.
- We do not post anything on your behalf, and we hold no credentials for your accounts.
Retention and your choices
- Account and task records are kept while your account exists. Reward ledger entries are append-only and are retained as a financial record even after an account is deactivated.
- You can change your name and password at any time from your profile. For anything else, including a copy or erasure request, contact support@taskearn.space.
- Logging out deletes that session. Changing your password ends every session on every device.
Cookies
- One essential cookie holds your session token. It is HTTP-only, same-site and, in production, secure-only. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
